Cancellation & Prepayment Policy

The guest has to prepay the total cost of the reservation in case the reservation is made via BOOK NOW button. You can pay with debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Non-Refundable price: In case of cancellation the prepayment is not refunded.

Refundable price: The guest can cancel free of charge until 42 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 42 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.In case of refund of advance payment, bank charges will be charged to the guest.
